WANTING TO CHANGE JOBS
Both times, it was a question of opportunity. For Sweden, my former manager went to work with the Redcats Nordic division. He asked me to join him, and I accepted!
My prime motivation was to take up new challenges. The opportunity of discovering a new country, of delving into a new culture also... I had previously lived in England and the experience had been extremely rewarding. I felt like renewing the experience.

- Among the means at your disposal to satisfy your desire to move, the "Moovenet" internal recruitment site posts the Group's job offers.
For 15 days, the job offers are accessible only to PPR employees to promote internal mobility, before being published externally.
- Moreover, Human Resource players meet within Mobility Committees on a regular basis. The objective: to monitor employees changing jobs in a systematic way and talk about job openings within the brands.
Since 1999, an employment coordination service encourages and supports the reclassification of PPR employees affected by company restructuring operations. With a network of correspondents for each brand, it ensures that job priority is given to the employees of Redcats and PPR.
